Welcome to Recruiting and Retention

|
WANT TO BE 1 OF 38,000 DOERS PROTECTING THE
UNITED STATES OF AMERICA?
Yes, you can be one of the nation’s DOERS by joining the USCG Auxiliary today. Every
journey begins with a first step, and you can start yours today. Be a
DOER rather than just a LOOKER. Action begins
with a small step which can in time lead to big steps. We can use
people who can give us just a little bit of time, and others who devote
numerous hours to our work effort. We have numerous professional people
(attorneys, physicians, dentists, engineers, accountants, etc.),
business owners of all types, blue collar and trade workers, homemakers,
and students at both secondary and collegiate levels, as well as those
with advanced college degrees. Make that first step today, and become
a full scale member of TEAM COAST GUARD.

| Specially trained Auxiliarists do courtesy Vessel Safety
Checks for boaters to help them know what sort of safety equipment is
required, and recommended, on the waters that they are boating. |
|
|
|
If your tastes run more to education, you can join the many
Auxiliarists that teach the public how to be better boaters -- or help teach
other Auxiliarists some of your particular skills. |
|
But the Glue that holds it all
together is Fellowship and that's you and your friendship |

| Coastie is
a program of the United States Coast Guard Auxiliary that teaches children
about boating safely and wearing life jackets. Specially trained Auxilirists
do hundreds of missions a year with these little robots helping to spread
the boating safety word to kids of all ages. |
